All reptiles will be amazingly healthy, beautiful, feeding and whenever possible, properly sexed (not guaranteed in monitors). We work very hard to establish solid feeding and growth patterns, and fantastic overall health. We keep our reptile babies in single setups, not large "group" setups, ensuring individual attention and health. Our "typical" specimens eclipse most other herper's "screamer" animals, you receive nothing but the best reptiles from Pro Exotics. We ship live animals FedEx Priority Overnight to your door, booked through ShipYourReptiles.com. Delivery is TYPICALLY by 10:30am, but may be later for some residential deliveries. Live arrival is guaranteed, however, someone must be available to accept shipments on the FIRST delivery attempt (no matter the delivery time) or all live arrival guarantees are null and void.
Reptiles are guaranteed for 48 hours after shipment. Once an animal leaves our facility, we have no real control over the care (or lack thereof) that you offer. After 48 hours of the shipment arrival, we assume no further liabilities. We are available by phone or email for extensive support, and we always try and establish basic husbandry requirements BEFORE you receive your animal. Your success is our success, and customers get absolute priority in the problem solving area. We are proud of our customer service record, and we will be there to answer your questions, whether it is 2 days into your experience, or 2 years.
There is a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on all animals (shipping is non-refundable) but notification of dissatisfaction must occur within 24 hours after receipt of shipment. Let's address any problem immediately. Notify us at once, and we can take action, and get a solution underway. Notify us a week or two later, and there is little we can offer at that late stage. Still, we will always do our best.
All orders must be prepaid using credit cards, money order, cashier's check or PayPal. Due to past problems, no personal checks or COD's will be accepted.
Live reptiles are always carefully packed and shipped though ShipYourReptiles.com. We always use an insulated shipping box and heat packs as necessary. We are professionals, and you should expect any shipment of live animals to be professionally packed. Read about our shipping techniques.
FedEx Priority Overnight delivery is typically $35-$45 per box. Larger orders may run higher.
